Files may only be exchanged for lawful, work-related purposes. Do not upload unlawful or harmful content. Files containing personal data travel over an encrypted connection and are destroyed automatically after 2 months. By confirming you also accept the Xerox Online Privacy Policy.

Frequently asked questions

Who can register?

Anyone with a work email address belonging to an organization can register. If your domain is already enrolled, registration flows straight into approval. If it is not, your registration proposes the domain as a new organization — an administrator reviews the request before the domain opens up. Free and personal email providers (gmail.com, outlook.com, and similar) cannot onboard an organization.

How long does approval take?

After you verify your email, an administrator reviews your request — typically within two business days. Once approved, your account is provisioned automatically and your login details arrive by email.

What do I need to register?

Your full name, your organization, a work email address you control, and a requested username. A password is optional — leave it blank and we will generate a secure one for you.

I didn't get the verification email

Check your spam or junk folder first. The verification link is valid for 24 hours; if it has expired or never arrived, submit the registration form again with the same details to receive a fresh link.
